01 · Who I am

Hello, stranger. Let me introduce myself.

I'm Raiyan bin Nizam. I'm 16, I live in Dhaka, and I'm out to be Bangladesh's best teen digital growth strategist.

I study science in Class 9 at Ideal School and College, Motijheel. My mornings and evenings belong to Math, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The hours in between belong to Hornet Grid.

I wake up at 5:30 to exercise, because I decided my body should keep up with my ambitions.

Before any design or ad, I find out where a business is losing customers.

A fast website, a clear message and the right ads, all pointing the same way.

Measure everything

If a number didn't move, it didn't work. Then I change it and try again.

Also: in October 2026 my team built a Dhaka transit app in 5 hours 40 minutes and came 3rd at a national hackathon.

03 · How I think

Four rules I use before I touch anything.

  1. 1

    Trust before traffic

    Most businesses don't have a visitor problem. They have a "why should I believe you" problem. Fix that first.

  2. 2

    Pretty is not a strategy

    A beautiful website that says nothing is an expensive poster. Every page needs one job.

  3. 3

    One number at a time

    Track ten numbers and you improve none. Pick the one that pays the bills, then move it.

  4. 4

    Speed is a feature

    People leave slow websites before they read a word. Fast is the cheapest growth there is.

04 · The Lab

Companies, apps and experiments. Some are live, some are secret, and all of them started on one laptop.

05 · A day in my life

My day, in my words.

I start with a workout before the sun is up, mostly so I can say I did. Then I study, because I'd rather understand why something works than just copy it. By lunch I'm helping a business get more customers, which is the part of my day I like best. Evenings go back to the books, and at night I build side projects just because I'm curious. Then I sleep, and tomorrow I try to do it a little better.

    Age is a number. Results are the only thing a client can't argue with.

    Start before you feel ready. Nobody ever feels ready, and the people who wait are the ones who get passed.

    Done is better than perfect. A finished thing can be improved. A perfect plan can only be admired.
